When choosing a partner for this project, it mattered to the City that they work with a team that listens, adapts, and finds the most value for their goals and budget. At Gratacon, we’re proud to be that partner. This Project, and working with The City of Steamboat Springs is a great example of partnering with clients and winning work that reflect our values: being good stewards of public funds and spaces, and bringing a solutions-focused approach to all stakeholders. We’re proud to be that partner and to help shape the next chapter of this important civic space.
Originally built in the early 1900s, Centennial Hall is more than a government building; it reflects the City’s history. The project includes a remodel of the first-floor spaces for Human Resources and Municipal Court operations, and second-floor updates for the City Attorney and Legal Department. Construction is expected to begin in August.
